By shipping directly from our global sources, we are able to cut out middleman costs and high local warehousing fees, passing those significant savings directly to you.

1. Shipping Times

Because we ship directly from our global partners to your door, our delivery times are slightly longer than traditional high-street shops.

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days.

Please note: During peak seasons or UK bank holidays, delivery may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience and promise the wait is worth the savings.

2. Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our shipping simple and affordable:

• Standard Tracked Shipping: £3.99 on all orders.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50.

3. Tracking Your Order

Every order from MDExpress is sent via a Tracked & Insured service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey from our international facility right to your front door.

4. Multiple Items

If you order multiple different items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This is because we source products from different specialist partners to ensure you get the best quality for each specific gadget.

5. Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team at mdigitalsmart@gmail.com. We will investigate immediately and, if the parcel is lost, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
